Friendo.rent is an online marketplace that connects users with independent companions for platonic, social companionship such as conversation, outings, events and activities. Friendo.rent is only a technology platform and an intermediary. We are not an employer, agent, escort or dating service, and we are not a party to any arrangement between users and companions.

• Paid plans improve a companion's profile visibility and ranking on the platform. They do not guarantee bookings, earnings or meetings.
• The Verified Badge indicates that the companion has completed our verification process. It helps build trust, but it is not a guarantee of character, safety or conduct.
• Recommendations and reviews from other users can help a companion get more bookings, but they do not guarantee any number of bookings.

Before enabling any booking or going live, Friendo.rent makes reasonable efforts to confirm the identity and details of both users and companions. However, verification is based on the information and documents provided to us. We cannot guarantee that all information provided by users or companions is complete, accurate or genuine.

• All users and companions are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, decisions and actions, both online and offline.
• We strongly recommend meeting only in public places, informing a friend or family member about your plans, and not sharing sensitive personal or financial information.
• Any private arrangement, off-platform communication, or payment made outside Friendo.rent is entirely at the user's own risk.

• If any user or companion violates these rules, anyone can report them via the Report button or on WhatsApp Support at +91 75993 40238.
• On a verified violation, the account will be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED, and that person will not be allowed to create a new account on Friendo.rent.
• Friendo.rent may also share relevant information with law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any legal investigation.

Depending on the nature of the offence, the person responsible may face legal action under applicable Indian laws, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant laws. Punishment will depend on the crime committed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendo.rent, its owners, directors, employees and partners shall NOT be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, damage, harm, dispute or crime arising from or related to any meeting, interaction or arrangement between users and companions.
• Any act, omission, statement or behavior of any user or companion.
• Any misrepresentation, false information or fraud by any user or companion.
• Any loss arising from off-platform communication or payments.

Users and companions agree that Friendo.rent has no liability for any problem, dispute or incident between them, and they waive any claim against the platform in this regard, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
