These terms govern access to and use of friendo.rent.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter agreements, and provide accurate information.
Platform role
friendo.rent provides marketplace technology. Companions are independent adults who choose their own availability, activities, rates and requests.
Permitted use
The service is exclusively for lawful, consensual and platonic companionship. Dating solicitation, escorting and sexual services are prohibited.
Membership and bookings
Fees, renewal terms and cancellation details are shown before payment. A booking request is not confirmed until accepted. Payment records are validated by our secure systems.
Conduct and enforcement
We may review, restrict or remove accounts and content that violate platform rules or create risk.
Disputes and liability
Use reasonable judgment, meet publicly and contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
